Rod Falcke Principal Real Estate was my passion from the day I left secondary school. Born, educated and trained in the bush, my career path was obvious. Like many bush kids, ones first job in the real world was with the local Stock and Station Agent. In this case it was Elders GM. Company training and real estate by correspondence soon paid off. A fully licenced real estate agent and Auctioneer at 21. After 2 years in my own practice I rejoined Elders who transferred me to the Gold Coast to commence what was to be the start of real estate franchising for that company.
